An amazing place to stay close to the North Cascades Park. Located in a cool city : Winthrop with an old - school , western climate. The room has all amenities needed. Very quite and comfortable.

The property has well maintained grounds and a good location. The Manager is new and working hard to improve the interior and exterior of the hotel which is dated. Towels and toiletries for the bathroom are great, bed linen not so great and the beds are very soft. It is walking distance to the best pizza place ever, East 20 Pizza.

Hotel is inexpensive and provides what is expected except for bed quality. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and a full night sleep was impossible due to the sagging nature of what felt like a half inflated air mattress.

Not impressed with this hotel. They are trying to upgrade the rooms a bit but place as a whole is very run down. There was a piece of chewed up gum on the floor when we got there , lock on the door was loose and there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room which is standard procedure.

The outside looks a little unkept, but the room was clean, cute, and comfortable. No elevator and I believe I asked for floor level but that didn’t happen. Could have been my mistake. No one was on property but clear instructions were left for door code. A little pricey for what it was.

The room #207 on the second floor was great, clean and with main amenities. The only problem was the lock of the restroom as it was not working properly and we could not open the restroom from the inside. No issues for us, as we were two guests, but if a single person would be using the room, he/she could stuck in the restroom for a long time. This must be fixed for future guests.

Floors were filthy, we kept finding long black hairs on the floor. We didn’t spend much time in the room, just there to sleep while we enjoyed the lake. We never saw the staff, the office was closed most of the time. We never did find WiFi password. Also, Expedia has the worst customer service!!!

No staff on site. Reserved and paid for 3 guests. Only had two towels. Door code stopped working so had to pack all belongings into car during day as door would not lock. Returned to no additional towels after calling number on front desk door to ask for assistance. Many other motels in Winthrop. Pick any other than this one

No staff at anytime. We were missing towels and the facility is poorly maintained. Bathroom and toilet was fine. Fridge was very small. As no staff was available we didn't receive the WiFi password. I would find somewhere else to stay next time around.
