What a beautiful location. Deer were just hanging out around the property. You can sit out on your deck and listen to the river. Cozy cabins! Perfect for any occasion. My occasion was meeting my former beau for the first time in 10 years! And it's dog friendly!!

Riverside aloha

A lovely rural riverside room. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator a bit noisy. The fall colors were gorgeous! Nice swing set, riverside chairs, wildlife. Stepped in dog poo someone left riverside. Used spoon to clean it out. No sink stopper to do dishes. Rinsed and replaced. Relaxing getaway. We enjoyed barbecue in Twisp. Twisp also has a Les Schwab, which we needed to read our check engine light code.

Looks like a 'trash fire' was burning on the property. The furniture was not comfortable--the place is 'getting old'. A tip envelope for maid service was in the room: but maids did not clean the room after the first night, so that seemed odd.

Unbearable NOISEY!! If you stay on the first floor (below another guest) you’ll be very unhappy. I was able to hear a man urinate, cough, argue, watch t.v., talk, move furniture until 3:00 a.m. when they turned on the shower it rang a loud squeal for a long time. Insult to injury was not being believed by Penny, the owner, who said she’d look into it in the morning and didn’t get back to me. I had to follow up in the afternoon and she was dismissive. I should’ve read the other reviews about how horrible the customer service is. I’m so disappointed.

The property is large enough for a couple of hammocks, a badminton/volley ball net, a swing set as well chairs by the river. It was quiet and you could hear the birds, see deer, and the stars were nice and bright due to a low level of light. The property is close to town, and the cabin we stayed in was very nice.

The only thing that was a minor issue was the ac unit was quite loud. It made it a bit difficult to get a good nights sleep. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We'd been on the fence about a last minute trip to Winthrop for days and decided that day to go. River Run was the only place available that would take dogs. We've been to Winthrop many times but not at the establishment. We were pleasantly surprised by our accommodations. Beautiful area around the hotel. There are cabins but at our late arrival they were all taken. The river and grounds are beautiful. Super quiet. You can walk to town if you like. Great Cider House just down the street. Had one of the best salads and margarita's I've ever had. Owner/property manager was very sweet. We ended up having to leave a day early for a family matter back home and she was concerned as to our reason why. It had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay awhile.

We loved River Run Inn! Fantastic location and view of the river outside of our second story room with sliding doors to a deck. We would love to stay there again. Also, they were very welcoming of our dog.

From check in to check out, this place was awesome! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. It has all the necessary amenities for a basic hotel stay. Small refrigerator, a microwave and a nice coffee maker with enough fresh organic coffee and condiments to last several days. It may be an older hotel, but the updates were made carefully with attention to detail. Well loved, but very clean. The river view is fantastic. A nice treed lawn leading to the clear river. I was there for the festival and it was a short 15 - 20 minute walk, although walking back was a bit dark, so if that bothers you bring a flashlight or the shuttle might be nice enough to make an extra stop. Better lighting along the way would only distract from the beautiful night sky. Now to mention the hospitality, the front staff (owner I believe) is an absolutely wonderful woman. I forgot a few items and overlooked a couple of things and she immediately helped with them. (I brought cereal and yogurt, but no bowl or spoon and I brought left overs, but no fork). Helping me laugh at myself for the oversight, even then, cutting open my cereal because of course it didn't tear open properly the next morning. Highly recommend staying here, although because of how awesome it is, you may have to book well in advance.

Right on the river with a beautiful lawn area. All rooms have a view of the river. Property is a little older but very clean and less than .5 mi to town. Easy walk. Dog friendly. Our unit had a little fridge and microwave. Will stay again!
