This newly renovated and luxuriously furnished 3-room vacation apartment, measuring 61 m² and located on the 1st floor, offers the following amenities:
- One bedroom with a double bed.
- One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs.
- A modern bathroom with a rain shower and a hair dryer.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (including capsules for the day of arrival), a kettle with a select assortment of teas, and a toaster.
- A spacious dining and living area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, attractive furnishings, and a flat-screen TV.
- Free Wi-Fi and guest parking.
- Access to the apartment is via a code system, so no key handoff is required.
The apartment sleeps up to 5 people in a total of 5 beds, and pets are not allowed. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a crib and a high chair. Please let us know if you need them!

Haus Saphir offers 12 modern vacation rentals spread across 4 floors; please note there is no elevator.
It is located in the Neuastenberg district, just 2 km from the Kahlen Asten, 3 km from the bike park, and 5 km from downtown Winterberg. In this small resort town, you’ll find a bakery, restaurants, a butcher shop, and a small, family-friendly ski area that includes a natural toboggan run. The Winterberg ski lift network is just a few minutes’ drive away, including the Brembergkopf I + II and Bremberg lifts.
You can securely store your bicycles in our lockable bike storage room. Additionally, a washing machine is available in our ski room for your use free of charge.
Thanks to its location close to nature, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families. Motorcyclists are also welcome and will find well-maintained routes in Winterberg and throughout the Sauerland region.

Contactless check-in is available at any time starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Since we use a door code lock system, there is no need for a personal key handoff. On the day of your arrival, we’ll email you the door code for your vacation rental around 10:30 a.m. If you don’t have access to your email during your trip, please contact us in advance.
