Our modern, fully renovated vacation apartment (approximately 62 square meters), which was completely renovated in 2023 (at an elevation of about 600 meters), is located in a quiet residential area in Winterberg-Niedersfeld. The apartment offers a fantastic view! It’s a great starting point for activities such as hiking, biking, mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, and even water skiing on Lake Hillebach. There is a bike hub with marked routes in the immediate vicinity.

The vacation rental is located about 400 meters from the edge of the forest and 500 meters from the town center (where you’ll find, among other things, a Netto supermarket, a hair salon, a gas station, a kebab shop, a snack bar… as well as bike and ski rentals).

Comfortable amenities: including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave,
fully automatic coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Bathroom with a large skylight (offering a view of the mountains), shower, hair dryer, etc. Bed linens and towels are provided. A washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee.

Two bedrooms feature one luxurious box-spring bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) with a Smart TV (Netflix, Waipu TV, NLZiet), one bunk bed, and the living area also includes a pull-out sofa bed.

The living room is equipped with a large Smart TV (Netflix, Waipu TV, NLZiet) and roller blinds. The spacious living room also features a large dining table. The balcony, with a magnificent south-facing view over Winterberg-Niedersfeld, is accessible from the living room.
