Good to Know

Arrival – A Warm Welcome Awaits You!
Check-in is available on the booked arrival date starting at 3:00 PM. If your arrival time changes or you’d like to arrive at a different time, please let us know in advance. That way, we can ensure the vacation rental is ready for you when you arrive. We look forward to welcoming you in person when you arrive!

Free parking right next to the house
Our free parking lot right next to the house is available for your arrival—both in summer and winter. This way, you can arrive completely relaxed and park your car safely while you enjoy your stay.

Departure
On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate the vacation rental by 10:00 a.m.

Final Cleaning
The final cleaning fee is €50.00 (included in the price)

Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night (ages 16 and up) and is payable upon key pickup.

Linen Package
Bring your own bed linens and towels, or take advantage of our convenient linen package for just €15.00 per person.
Upon request, we can also make the beds before your arrival—for this added convenience, we charge a small fee of €5.00 per bed. This way, your vacation gets off to an even more relaxing start!

For your four-legged friends, too—dog-friendly & welcoming
Your furry companions are always welcome here. We charge €14.00 per day for your dog to ensure your furry friend feels completely at home.
