This 52 m² apartment offers a comfortable and practical stay for up to 5 guests. Located on the ground floor and accessible via a short outdoor staircase with five steps, the accommodation is otherwise set entirely on one level. With a bright living area, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with mountain views, and useful storage options, it is a pleasant choice for families or small groups.Living area: The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa with a chaise lounge, a separate armchair, a coffee table, and a television. Cupboard space around the TV provides convenient storage for personal belongings during the stay.Dining area: Next to the living room, the bright dining area offers seating for up to six people, creating a pleasant space for shared meals.Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, offering everything needed to prepare meals and hot drinks with ease.Bedroom: The bedroom features a double bed of 180x200 cm with bedside tables and lighting, as well as a single bunk bed of 90x200 cm above it.
