Cozy apartment near the city center in a quiet location. The complex is situated on a tranquil side street in the heart of Winterberg. From the apartment, you can enjoy stunning views of Winterberg and the ski slopes. Hiking trails begin right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just 2 km away, accessible by car or bus. The apartment includes a storage box for conveniently storing your bikes and skis. Parking is available in front of the accommodation.

Our apartment “Dandelion”, with its generous 80 m², is a true oasis of relaxation. Whether you are staying for several weeks or just a few days, a holiday should be restful—and for this reason, we have furnished the apartment to ensure you feel completely at ease. With two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, and the highlight—a large sun terrace—the apartment provides ideal conditions for a peaceful getaway with family, children, or friends. It is perfectly suited for 4–6 people.
The living/dining room, which opens onto a 30 m² balcony, invites you to enjoy pleasant days in a cosy atmosphere. Here you will find everything you need for entertainment and comfort, including a flat-screen TV, stereo system, surround system, German and Dutch TV channels, and WLAN/WiFi. A comfortable seating area and a large dining table offer plenty of space for shared meals or fun game evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that makes a holiday carefree: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with a large freezer compartment, coffee machine, additional Senseo machine, toaster, and kettle.
The large bedroom features a double bed as well as an additional daybed, which can also accommodate two people. The second bedroom is furnished with another large double bed. For families travelling with small children, a baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. For storing skis or bicycles, you will find a separate storage room (when you step out of the apartment, it is the second door on the left in the blue house).
Your car can be conveniently parked directly in front of the building in space 36 (located on the right side in front of the entrance).

For nature lovers, extensive hiking trails wind through varied landscapes, offering breathtaking views and varying difficulty levels. Families can explore attractions like the Peter Pan amusement park, forest trails with hidden discoveries, and the scenic lookout tower at Kahler Asten.

Even in inclement weather, visitors can enjoy indoor activities at local swimming pools featuring slides and water fun.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage. If no charges are made, the SEPA form automatically expires.The rental price includes energy costs.Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.A crib or high chair is available on request.Young groups and parties are not allowed.
