Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of two locked owner's supply closets. Guests can enjoy the entire yard, including back yard, side and front yard, and dock area.
Other things to note
Ski Nest is directly across the street from the lake. You may be close and encounter wildlife, including alligators. Please do not let small children or pets near the lake. Be cautious during twilight and night time when wildlife can be more active.
Certain times of the year, lakefront properties can have large hatches of midge flies, referred to locally as blind mosquitos. They are not mosquitos (although we have those too!), and they don't bite, but can be bothersome. Ski Nest is sprayed regularly and this helps but large hatches can interfere with outdoor activity.
Lake life is beautiful. Watching nature close up is rewarding. Lake life comes with its own unique challenges. We want you to come to Ski Nest prepared, so you can have the best stay possible.
