Hello to all. On 12/06/2025 I booked a room at this location. To start my room door have a huge gap in the door all the way around in which a major cold draft blew in all night, the heat could not keep up. The floor was very dirty

The room was filthy, infested with huge bed bugs, substances were being smoked on the sidewalk along with fighting & drinking all night. It was so loud, scary and unsanitary that I could not sleep at all. I had booked it for seven nights but checked out the next morning. I'm trying to get out of a DV situation & have had to sleep in my car this past week. Expedia denied a refund. Then Oyo denied a refund for the remaining six nights twice. I will never book through Expedia again since you also did not back me up. Thanks for nothing!

The room itself was better than in previous years I’ve stayed there, but both nights there was a bunch of people yelling and banging and stomping right near my room. My room was right near the office so I know they heard it but didn’t ask them to stop. I never call the the front desk on people but it was that bad, but I let the phone ring till it cut off and there was no answer. Someone had to be there. It shouldn’t be impossible for the other guests to sleep in their rooms. I had to be up at 5am both days and I was exhausted because of this.
