A Note About the Property
Olde Towne Retreat is a private upstairs apartment with its own entrance.
The downstairs apartment has a separate entrance and is occupied by a long-term resident. There are no shared indoor spaces, and guests have exclusive use of the upstairs apartment and designated backyard space.
