Spent fifty minutes from time of arrival trying to unlock our door, was given two different rooms and the desk attendant came upstairs finally…. And could only get in with his master key…. Not the experience you want when it’s 10:30pm and have to be awake at 5:30am.. spend your dollars elsewhere.

The staff was great. The facility leaves a lot to be desired. We stayed 3 days and never once had maid service. What hotel doesn’t do daily room cleaning? Also last night there was a large bug in our room. I went to the bathroom and saw a large bug crawling on the floor in the middle of the night. It scared me pretty good & I had a heck of a time trying to kill it.
