Sierra was absolutely amazing with her professionalism and customer service! I did not get the names of those behind the breakfast counter, but they were full of pleasant conversations and provided a homelike dining atmosphere! Traveled for a 3 day soccer tournament. PROS: close to shopping and food, felt safe. Friendly staff, breakfast from 6-10am, laundry available CONS: Rooms could have been cleaner, our room smelled like dog and we found dog kibble on the floor and couch bed. I had to ask for new couch bed linens because the ones provided were stained and had dog hair on them. There also never seemed to be any coffee in the coffee dispensers either. Probably will not stay here again next year
