Welcome to our 3-bedroom home in one of the nicer areas of Winston-Salem — a place we designed to feel like a modern home away from home for our guests, whether you're here for a Wake Forest game, a hospital visit, a graduation weekend, or just a quiet stay in the city.
The location is hard to beat. You're about a mile from the country club, within five miles of a wide variety of restaurants, Hanes Mall, and downtown Winston-Salem, and minutes from both Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and Novant Health — so if you're here for medical travel, you'll have an easy commute. You're also five minutes from Wake Forest University, which makes us a natural fit for graduation families and Deacon fans. The home is in the best school district in the county, in a safe, affluent area — and you're far enough from downtown to avoid the city noise, but close enough to enjoy it whenever you want.
Inside, we focused on three things: comfort, functionality, and style. Every bedroom has a memory foam mattress for a restful night's sleep, and we just added blackout curtains in 2025 for total rest — perfect if you work late or just want a slow morning. New LG smart TVs in every room, plus 300+ Mbps internet, make it easy to stream your favorite shows (you'll need your own streaming accounts). The 65" LG smart TV in the living room is the centerpiece — pull up a Wake Forest game for a watch party, or queue up movie night for the family.
The kitchen is set up for cooking — whether it's a holiday meal or just a night in. There's a full stock of pots, pans, and utensils, real granite countertops, brand-new appliances, an efficient water heater (the hot water comes on fast — be careful), and an industrial-style sink with great pressure. The fridge has a built-in filtered water and ice dispenser, which has become one of our favorite features. We just added a Ninja blender, new cutting boards, and upgraded cookware in 2025 — these are things we're now adding to every house in our portfolio.
The living room has two comfortable couches — one is a pull-out bed, the other has an attached futon — and those granite and stone-top tables that add a little extra something you don't usually see in short-term rentals. In-unit washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet keep things neat and easy.
Out back, there's a partially fenced backyard for your use (the supply closets are reserved for us) — great for morning coffee, an afternoon book, or letting the dog run. You'll have access to the whole house and the backyard, minus the supply closets.
We welcome long stays, and we have other properties in the area — if this house isn't available, or you want something a bit different, just shoot us a message. For pets, we do charge $25 a night per pet. $50 covers the first two nights, and anything after that we'll request from you. Thanks for your cooperation.
