⸻ I had a really good stay at the Best Western Plus Hanes Mall Hotel in Winston-Salem, NC. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to shopping and restaurants, which made getting around very easy. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. My room was nice and quiet, and the bed was comfortable so I was able to rest well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

The breakfast was good. The toilet in our room was backed up and leaking water on the bathroom floor. We had to put towels on the floor just to wash our hands in the bathroom. The staff were extremely nice but the bathroom made me not want to stay there again. The room was clean but I couldn’t get over the bathroom issues.
