I woke up to a bug crawling on the bed. My husband had already complained that the bed felt itchy during the night. We only stayed here because of a snowstorm and had no other choice. When we reported this at checkout, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive and even claimed the bug “came from a guest,” instead of taking responsibility. She did not apologize and offered only a $10 credit, no refund, no concern. Hotels.com later gave a $25 credit, but that does not make up for the experience. Between the cleanliness issue and the poor, dishonest response, this hotel is not worth it. Take your money and go elsewhere.

The staff was very nice. But the bathroom was terrible. It was so outdated, the tub didn’t drain, and you couldn’t even close the door without standing in the tub toilet basically. Also, the AC/heat unit did not work and the room was unbearably hot so we had to leave the window open. Also, the closest exit door to us wasn’t able to be opened as the lock was broken so we had no fire exit available overall, the place looks sad, tired, and rundown.
