Had to listen to the waitress bad mouth her coworker until I finally told her we were on a vacation and did not want to hear it. The nachos used canned cheese but the evening meal was pretty decent. Our room was very nice considering the area. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool. The hot tub did not have any water in it....big fall risk😒. We would stay again.

The room was pleasantly decorated with 2 queen beds. The furniture is well-maintained. Requested a pet friendly room and they provided a pet blanket to put on the bed which was very nice. There is a separate sink area with a coffee pot etc outside of the bathroom…nice touch. The staff was very friendly and we were greeted by staff that were hanging out in the casino after their shift as we walked from the restaurant to our room. We checked in around 8:30 and ordered a late dinner from the kitchen. I had a NY strip sandwich with a baked potato. It was cooked perfectly to order and was so large it could easily feed two. The only negative comment I can make is that the fridge had a leak so the bottom shelf had a good amount of water. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Winnemucca.
