On this trip, we tried a couple of new places. One was very bad and expensive (Cottonwood) while Holiday was excellent and well-priced. The room was clean, quiet, and nicely appointed for a traditional motel. Unlike many hotels these days, the bedding was ticker with an extra blanket provided, with both decorative and decent-sized pillows. A Keurig with pods was provided and included dark roast pods from Peets Everything was pleasant. I even had a chance to have a lovely, casual chat with the owner over coffee when we checked out. Great place to stay.
