Comfortable, great location, beware sales pitch

Clean and tidy. Nice location, quiet and far from the highway. Convenient to Windsor and Healdsburg. The suite was nice and would be ideal for a family. The kitchenette was a nice perk. The beds were ok - mattresses were generally firm, but a bit saggy. My biggest complaint is the time share sales pitch upon check-in. It was almost 11pm and they hard sold me to sit in on a vacation info session to get some discount on other locations. I cancelled the next day when I had the energy to push back. I don’t appreciate being pushed into a sales conversation late at night when I just wanted to go to bed.

The description of WorldMark is wrong... as they pointed out to me when I arrived, they are NOT a hotel. They are a time-sharing business, that rents their empty rooms out. They are NOT a hotel. No towel changes, No room cleaning when you arrive, nothing... No breakfast, no food anywhere... Will not stay again.

Great property with a great location. However, the interiors are getting pretty tired and in need of replacement. Furniture cushions are worn out and the bed is ready for replacement.

I booked reservations 3 months prior & the night before I receive a phone call that my reservation was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances! What??? I had a party of 4 travelers & we had booked a condo unit with 4 beds & 2 baths! They wanted to put us in a hotel 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds & 1 bath for 4 people! What? Not acceptable! We requested our money back & had to last minute book a vrbo townhouse to accommodate our group & of course pay more money! Expedia was awesome in refunding things quickly & giving us the difference we had to pay more to stay somewhere else! Expedia is great! The Windsor property management poor! Don’t book Windsor they will cancel you last minute !

Very good experience….with one exception

Property is well maintained, clean and conveniently located. The only issue is that upon checkin to get our keys I was pressured to attend a sales meeting to purchase a timeshare. I didn’t want to be rude to the sales person, but I had absolutely zero interest in a timeshare, having owned one in the past. Having to navigate that pressured encounter was a drag when I only wanted to get my keys and start my vacation.

Loved this property! Stayed with my Fiance! Great for family ❤️ Only wished the hot tubs were fixed & WiFi should be free 😊 other than that, great stay. Staffs were very accommodative and informative. We had Dante that introduced us to the nearby restaurants and what to do around the area. Greatly appreciated.
