The bathroom was in need of a significant overhaul. Ageing and grubby. The room had a mismatch and hotch potch of Furniture. The saving grace was the bed which was decent. We went down to breakfast admittedly cutting it fine before the 1030 deadline but we were there before the 1030 deadline. They had cleared the entirety of the breakfast away, we then went through into the kitchen to ask for breakfast and we were told to go up to the top bar. We went to the top bar and the staff member said breakfast had finished we then went back to the kitchen to ask the same person and eventually and begrudgingly we had our breakfast served. On the positive side the breakfast was good. On the negative side the Hotel is not very welcoming or homely, but the location is superb. The Adelaide should be far better than it is which is a shame as it is perfectly located in the heart of Windsor. Ultimately, we wouldn’t return which is unfortunate.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was remarkable - so much choice and they even poached eggs for me instead of the standard scrabled eggs. Great, friendly and prompt service. In the room, the the coffe and tea offerings were also so much better than what I have been given at other hotels. Location was fabulous - easy access to Windsor town centre plus able to close access to the Long Walk for a bracing walk after Christmas festivities. Felt very safe area.
Great place to stay in Windsor 15 walk into the town and by the Long Walk. Nice cosy room, bathroom very good with shower and bath. Cooked to order breakfast very good, continental selection could be better. Parking £20 a day

The staff is friendly, the rooms were clean, and the hotel wasn’t too far from the downtown area; however, there isn’t an elevator to bring up the luggage.

Great hotel, friendly staff and walkable location to the town centre and castle.
Great location for town & castle. The hotel was brilliant from arrival to leaving, the lady on reception was so helpful from ensuring we had a parking spot to giving us useful information. Breakfasts were cooked to order and was of a high quality, very tasty. We had dinner on our first night and we were impressed with the festive menu, again of a high standard. Two courses for £35 with a glass of fizz & tea/coffee with mince pies to finish, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and would use again if in the same area. Thank you to all the staff
P.S The Castle & St George's church are stunning and should not be missed.

Staff were very friendly, however we arrived to be greeted by a huge pile of laundry waiting to be collected at the entrance.
We were guided to our room, the bed and pillows were comfy, the bathroom however was a different matter. There were, let’s say body hairs on the floor, a hair on the bath. The floor was freezing cold and the hand lotion dispenser was empty and the bottle not in the best condition!
Overall it was a nice walk to the centre and the breakfast was lovely.
