Pros: Room was very spacious Close to many restaurants and supercharger. Plenty of parking. Cons: pool claims to be heated didn’t seem like it. We got a suite with a jet tub turned that on and nasty black stuff came out so much for that… Like others say this hotel is next to a highway expect car noise. When getting a room with the suite and sofa bed don’t plan on using the sofa bed, most uncomfortable thing ever. Stains on walls crumbs around the furniture. Maintenance just isn’t kept up to standard. We only stayed for one day worse sleep ever. Never staying in a Holiday in again.

Traveled 3 hours to a family party starting at 2:00 pm. We arrived at 1:30. We were told we had to pay a $50 fee to check in early. We’ve been staying at this hotel for years ( for the same reason.. family parties) and never had this issue. The staff didn’t even say anything about seeing if a room was ready.. just the fee for arriving 1.5 hrs early. Horrible customer service and we will never come back. We got a room two minutes later at a hotel across the street with the same check in time. Nothing about an idiotic fee.

Checking in was interesting. We had two rooms and luckily it was me and my wife and not my in-laws that had a room that was already checked out with another patron. So, walking in on someone else’s room, which was also assigned to us was awkward and made us worried that maybe the same mistake could happen in the middle of the night to us or my in-laws. Otherwise the hotel was in a good location, close to amenities, and good for the price.
