All new. Bed was so hard we woke up with hip and shoulder pain. We were not told by the staff we needed to use the card to operate the lift. We were stuck in the lift until someone called the lift. Very frightened as i hate lifts. Only smoked bacon on breakfast. Asked for alternative eggs due to milk allergy was told no as they cannot eggs due to not having a hob. There was no veggie option like veggie sausages for my husband. The hotel was lovely and the staff were great.

A very convenient location only 15 mins from the Castle where most amenities are close by. Pleasant approach on entering reception with a bright contemporary lounge are for guests to chill and have beverages. Staff are very pleasant. Good selection of breakfast cereals and hot English breakfast.

Everything was perfect. The staff are absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and social. They made my daughter’s birthday extra special with balloons, treats, birthday card and a hand written message on the mirror. It was just perfect. A big thank you to Alex for organising it all and to the 2 ladies at the front desk who were super lovely. Customer service was excellent!
