A very convenient location only 15 mins from the Castle where most amenities are close by. Pleasant approach on entering reception with a bright contemporary lounge are for guests to chill and have beverages. Staff are very pleasant. Good selection of breakfast cereals and hot English breakfast.

Everything was perfect. The staff are absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and social. They made my daughter’s birthday extra special with balloons, treats, birthday card and a hand written message on the mirror. It was just perfect. A big thank you to Alex for organising it all and to the 2 ladies at the front desk who were super lovely. Customer service was excellent!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean (although a little cramped with the extra sofabed that we didn't need) and the breakfast was very good.

The pillows were lumpy, the tiles in the bathroom were dirty. We had difficulty sleeping as there was a lot of noise from the room directly above us, which affected our sleep. Staff were lovely, breakfast was good, downstairs reception and cafe area was beautiful.

All the staff we came into contact with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. Food delicious. Great variety for breakfast. Room perfect for our stay with all needed amenities. Standard and cleanliness very high. Would definitely return.
