OCCUPANCY NOTICE
Windham Slopes may accommodate a maximum of 17 guests at any time. This includes both overnight guests and day visitors.
Any reservation found to be in violation of this policy will incur a fine of $250 per guest (including day visitors) and will be required to immediately vacate the premises.
Additionally, guests will be asked to leave if they cause any disruption to neighbors.
TRAILS
Winter Access Requirement – 4WD/AWD Vehicle Required
During the winter months, snowfall in this area can be significant. For the safety of all guests and to ensure reliable access to the home, a 4-wheel drive (4WD/AWD) vehicle is required to reach the property. This includes travel to and from the home throughout your stay.
Road & Driveway Conditions
Roads leading to the property may be steep, icy, or unplowed at times.
The driveway may also have packed snow or ice that standard vehicles cannot navigate safely.
Local snow removal services operate regularly, but conditions can change quickly during storms.
What Guests Should Plan For:
Please ensure your vehicle is properly equipped for winter travel (4WD/AWD, winter tires, chains recommended).
We strongly advise checking the weather forecast leading up to your stay.
If you are renting a vehicle, please confirm with the rental agency that it meets winter driving requirements.
NOISE
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
Causing notable disruption to neighbors may result in fines or eviction from the property without refund. A noise monitor is installed in the home, and should not be tampered with.
PET POLICY
This home is pet friendly, and we're happy to welcome your furry companions during your stay. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation, with a flat pet fee of $350 total, regardless of whether you bring one or two pets. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
SECURITY
For security, there are camera on the exterior of the front door and back door at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
