Just minutes from Windham Mountain Club and a short drive to Hunter Mountain, the Lodge at Dancing Horse Farm is a spacious nine-bedroom retreat that sleeps up to 30 guests. Set on a historic farmstead surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, open fields, barns, and private woodland trails, the lodge combines the character of a classic Catskills ski lodge with the comfort and space needed for memorable group getaways.

Whether you're planning a family reunion, multigenerational vacation, ski weekend, milestone celebration, friends' getaway, or corporate retreat, Dancing Horse Farm offers the perfect combination of space, comfort, and privacy.

At the end of a long, hemlock-lined private driveway, you'll find a welcoming lodge designed for bringing people together.

The main living level, located on the second floor, features a spacious kitchen, large dining room, and comfortable great room with a 65-inch HDTV. It's the perfect place for preparing meals, sharing stories, and spending time together.

With nine bedrooms and multiple gathering areas, there's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together while still having their own personal space.

The first-floor entertainment area features a 75-inch 4K HDTV and pool table, making it a great place for friendly competition, movie nights, and watching your favorite teams.

An additional portable 65-inch 4K TV can be positioned where needed, whether for football watch parties, other sporting events, presentations, or group meetings.

Planning a corporate retreat? Our large dining room can also serve as a conference or meeting space, with the portable TV available for presentations and virtual meetings.

EXPERIENCE THE OUTDOORS

Step outside and enjoy the beautiful Catskills setting. Relax on the spacious stone patio or wooden deck, prepare a meal on the Weber gas grill or Blackstone griddle, or gather around one of three outdoor fire pit areas.

Take a stroll down to the historic barns and silo, say hello to the farm animals, or explore the property's private woodland walking trails. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon outdoors, or an evening around the fire, there's always a place to slow down and enjoy your surroundings.

OPTIONAL CARETAKER'S APARTMENT

Need additional space or a little extra privacy? Ask us about renting the attached, second-floor caretaker's apartment along with the main lodge.

With its own private exterior entrance, the apartment includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a king-size bed and twin daybed with an additional mattress stored underneath.

The living room also features a twin daybed with an additional mattress that can be placed on an extendable platform, creating two individual twin beds or a king-size sleeping space. Two chairs in the living room also convert into beds.

Accommodating up to six additional guests, the apartment is a convenient option for grandparents, extended family, guests seeking quieter accommodations, or a dedicated workspace during a corporate retreat.

The caretaker's apartment is available for an additional fee and is never rented to another group during your stay at the main lodge.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site during the reservation. The property is not available for prom parties, high school graduation parties, or similar gatherings. Valid government-issued identification is required as part of the booking process.
