As previous reviews mentioned the hotel is dated but we expected that so it was no surprise. However the beds were a disaster. Our room had 2 beds - one sofa bed and one Murphy bed with terrible mattresses and we couldn’t sleep in either of them.

We really liked the outdoor hot tubes and warmer big swimpool—they're outdoors, so it was unusual but fun in the rain. It's great that all the pools are large and spacious. The showers and toilets are also very clean and comfortable. We visited in the fall and it was raining, so we weren't able to fully enjoy the outdoor areas, but we still really enjoyed our family weekend. The king-size beds are very comfortable! We were also very pleased with the fireplaces.

The staff were all very friendly and nice, especially the lady who helped us at the s’mores station! The room was very clean. The ski left was under maintenance which was disappointing but otherwise this was an amazing place to stay.
