The Mount Snow Grand Summit Resort is an amazing Hotel. The People and accommodations are incredible. It is truly a great value for anyone who is traveling to southern Vermont. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is going to experience southern Vermont.

Beautiful location but not much to do on site. Sandwich shop closed early and the 1 restaurant opens at 5 pm. Pool area was small and no food and drinks allowed. Surprised to see everything was closed on site.

The hotel has a 4:00 check-in which is later than most. We called a week in advance to request an early check-in as we were attending a local wedding that was called for 4:15 and we wanted to be able to get in our room to get ready as we were coming from out of state. They said they couldn’t guarantee anything, but to call back the day before. We did as they suggested and not only would they still not guarantee our request, the man at the front desk could not be less accommodating. As it turns out, we did get into our room at 3:00, but at that point we had already prepared for being unable to get into a room. The room itself was uncomfortable, and uninviting. The sheets weren’t soft or tucked fully under the mattress. Lamps and the alarm clock were left unplugged requiring us to move furniture to plug them in and a bottle of disinfectant was left in our bathroom. Needless to say we won’t be back.

The staff was excellent! The room was clean but terrible! The king size bed was as hard as a rock!! Got very little sleep. The room had sings of water damage in the corner by the window. The TV is in a strange spot to watch from the bed and the cable nut was tripped and would not tighten down. The bathroom door would not shut unless you forced it closed. The shower head leaked unless you turned it off very hard. There was no night stand on one side of the bed making one person putting there stuff on the floor next to the bad. On top of all of this there was an extra $25.00 dollar fee witch I was not expecting for the room. The resort was excellent though and the staff was great. I heated the room!

I stayed in July when it was 95° and super humid so I appreciated the extra cold air conditioning! I don’t know why they put us in a room so so so far away from the main entrance but other than that long walk, everything was fine that’s super fabulous or anything just fine. The front desk didn’t really know much but we were only there for a night so we figured things out on our own. Definitely go to Trail 87 to eat when you visit here. It’s fantastic!

I was only there for a night but, luckily they were have a 4th of July Celebration which I appreciated. It was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was furnished as a lodg room were clean and comfortable. My son loved the big pool and the hot tubs. Even though it is ski resort the hotel certainly has options to explore in the summer.
