Staff were absolutely lovely .. very friendly and helpful & happy to advise and assist any way they could. The hotel itself was equally as nice. Our room was lovely and clean. The bar & restraunt area was very comfortable... lots of charm. Considering its dog friendly ... you'd never know.... it's wonderfully clean. Breakfast was very good as well. Superb hotel in good location.

Absolutely gorgeous bedroom. Friendly staff, lovely grounds, easy parking. Two excellent lounges. Overall a lovely place to stay in the lakes.
