Linthwaite is in excellent location with beautiful grounds. Lovely property. Great breakfast offerings. Its casual restaurant Conservatory offers easy relaxed ambiance with simple but well crafted dishes. Henrock offers very good high end cuisine. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. The patio was fantastic, but only two parasols available for about eight tables outside. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Lovely views overlooking Lake Windermere in the distance. The breakfast and lunch were brilliant. We took a walk around the gardens and tarn which were delightful. Free duck food is available at reception.

We , 4pax , stayed for 4 nights and the standard was 1st class , nothing less. Excellent and a tribute to the Leeu Collection. Will definitely want to return soon. Suggestion, parking should be possibly better controlled and available for Hotel guests first. Maybe leverage the Spa and treatment offerings on this stunning property.
