Commuting between Ammersee and Munich is no problem thanks to the excellent highway access: it takes just 30–40 minutes to reach downtown Munich (Marienplatz).

The attractive location on Lake Ammersee offers you a wide variety of recreational activities. One of Upper Bavaria’s most beautiful nature reserves is just 300 meters away. It takes only 10 minutes by car to reach Lake Ammersee.

In the picturesque village of Windach, everything you need for daily life is within walking distance: a butcher, a bakery, and a supermarket. Extensive shopping and retail options are just a 15-minute drive away in the historic town of Landsberg am Lech.

The apartment was renovated in 2023 and lovingly furnished, including ultra-fast internet, a Sonos sound system in all living areas, a large TV screen, a private gas grill in the garden, sun loungers, a wallbox charging station for electric cars, and much more.

A cleaning service is available with 5 days’ notice. For businesses: The rental price includes 7% VAT.
Heating, electricity, and hot water are included in the price. Charging for electric cars is billed based on usage.
The apartment is perfect as a temporary solution if you need to work in Munich or the surrounding area for a short time, are looking for a home office retreat, or are planning to move to this area. The apartment is available for short-term rent for a period of three to six months.
