This hotel was nice but could use some updating. Several machibes dont work. The staff was very courteous and iffered things to do in the area. The rooms were clean, which is what matters.

First, the elevator was not working properly, then then shower handle and base was broken and the hair dryer was also broken. I'm disappointed with this hotel overall but hopefully they will make the necessary updates to the property and revisit the food options they are serving.

I'll never stay there again. Everything was tired and old. Pool was closed because the ceiling fell in due to plumbing problems in the rooms above.

Have stayed here before and very nice then. Entry, halls, and breakfast area nice. However our room this time on the first floor left a bit to be desired. Paint peeling in spots, bathroom accessories rusting, floor not well cleaned. Room was on the cheaper side, so you get what you pay for?

The staff were great. Yogi was absolutely amazing despite pulling a double shift and having problems to resolve. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I love how the hotel collaborates with other businesses in behalf of guests…All-trails and Golden Corral discount. The room was spacious…but the little square pillows were odd. Great history on the area. Can’t wait to explore another time.

I specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool. Upon arrival, we found that the pool was "out of order", something we were not told upon check-in.The two teenagers with us were very disappointed.
