Hotel management n staff exceptional kind. Their service exceeded expectations of a what hotel staff should exemplify, respectful, helpful, and attentive. However freaking ever… the room was disgusting, blood on sheets, hair on pillows, floors sinking, tub and toilet decaying. The bathroom sink mirror look like it had a camera in it. Please look at my pictures not what advertised. If they took the funds and invested in the cleanliness and appropriate structure Instead of a fancy mirror that heated the room things would be sooooo much better. Plus the Room was funky… homeless people on bikes surrounding the room. Casing our room. Like they were waiting for us to leave to break in the room and steal our stuff. Me nor my husband felt safe. Our anniversary get away was ruined, we wouldn’t dare use that hepatitis infected spa tub. Hell no… we slept with our clothes on and protection in our hand. DONT STAY THERE. I repeat DONT STAY THERE!!

I booked this room based on decent reviews and an ok price at a non-refundable rate. The penalty of moving trip dates out later was not much different than what I paid in total for 2 nights. You are pretty much stuck if you book here as non refundable. The hotel houses construction workers and seemly monthly rentals for several families who live there. The place looks run down and is not clean in differing ways. There was hair in the bathtub drain upon inspection and the room did not smell fresh. I believe the hotel pictures and condition are misleading when booking. I would not recommend this hotel and be careful with non refundable rates. I was only at the hotel for around 45 minutes total and did not stay. It did not feel right and I ended up staying with family. The booking was wasted money.
