Terrible, filthy place to stay. Not only were the grounds horrible looking, the hotel room didn't have a working TV, no kleenex, no trashbin and the coffee maker was broken. Nobody should stay here.

There wasn't anything to like about our stay. Very disappointed couldn't stay the night due to little roaches in the room. There wasn't even any trash cans. I showed photos to her about the baby roaches. She said she have the manager to contact me and they never did. Didn't even get a refund.

I got up around 1:00am to get a drink and roaches were crawling in every direction including on my pillow. We left immediately and I left my brand new gel filled shoulder ice/heat pack in freezer, I called 20 times before anybody would answer phone, I advised I would be picking up my gel ice wrap and when I got there the girl said they threw it away. They don’t even have hotel phone in room, vending broken at $4 for a soda or water, it just keeps your money. This hotel is for adults only if that. A lot of activity going on.

Disgusting

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Why doesn't Hotels require a property to disclose there are long term residents whose primary address is the hotel? There were so many people lounging on the stairwell it made it very difficult to get to my room on the 2nd floor and I certainly didn't feel safe. The room was disgusting! The bed linens were soiled and I felt more than certain there were bedbugs. Because there were so many people hanging around outside I felt extremely uneasy about the security of my car. Don't trust the reviews or the overall rating, I feel they are misrepresented. There are many hotels in the area, don't waste your time or money on this one.

I'm writing to share my disappointing check-in experience. Upon arrival, the office was locked with a note saying 'back in 5 minutes' and directing me to call a given number. However, when I called, the person on the other end claimed it was the wrong number. I received another call from a different number, and despite explaining the situation, the person again said it was the wrong number. I ended up waiting outside for an hour, exploring alternative options. When staff finally arrived, I shared the phone incident, but they brushed it off, saying "it can happen" without any further explanation. It took another hour to finally get my room. The whole experience was frustrating and inefficient.

I had a 3 nite reservation, got there about 11PM, office was locked, they didn't answer phone, so I went to a much more expensive motel. Went back the next day, saw it was kind of a dump (welfare hotel?) & cancelled. I do give them credit for refunding 2 of the nites.....

Never got to stay here. Tried calling multiple times before office closed to say I was going to be a late check-in. Voice mailbox was full, so couldn’t leave a message. Showed up to hotel at 11:58. Posted office hours were until midnight, but there was nobody there, and they had already locked up. Ended up just having to drive all the way home that night because I couldn’t check in. Complete waste of money.

Best cup of coffee I had on my 8 day road trip is right across the street. If that's important. To me it is. Clean comfy bed, plenty of hot water, The Big Bang on the TV, what else do you need? And Winchester is a nice town.
