Fabulous holiday home Treetops sits on a quiet private road on the edge of Wimborne Minster, and is surrounded by a beautiful wrap-around garden with large lawn, garden terrace, mature planting, feature shrubs and trees.

The accommodation is truly impressive with space and light throughout, and with the majority of the rooms located on the ground floor and around a central courtyard. On arrival at the property there is ample parking, and when entering the front hall you will find a cloakroom and double doors leading to the wide main corridor. As you turn left you will see the heart of the home, an attractive open-plan family room which leads directly through to the large kitchen and breakfast room with central island. A well-equipped utility room sits behind the kitchen and a door leads you through to the hallway which frames the pretty central courtyard. As you continue along the main hallway you will find the formal dining room with seating for ten, and glazed doors leading through to a lovely sun room with great views of the garden and access to a large patio area. Continue along the hall to a study and play room, and next is the dual aspect sitting room with plenty of seating for all the family, a wood burning fire, large television, and double aspect views of the garden.

Four of the bedrooms can be found in the bedroom wing of the house, the first being a 6' super-king size with sitting area, an en-suite shower room and doors to the courtyard garden. Bedroom two has 3' twin single beds available as a zip and link converting into a 6' super-king, bedroom three with a 5' king-size bed and four with a 4'6 double bed. A well-appointed family bathroom also sits in the bedroom wing. A staircase leads up to the first floor and the fifth bedroom with 3' twin beds, available as a zip and link converting into a 6' super-king and a large en-suite shower room.

Being surrounded by a beautiful well-planted garden, Treetops is aptly named, and guests can enjoy relaxing on the garden terrace with table and chairs, and enjoying alfresco dining and spending time together.

Whether you are looking for a flexible holiday home to invite all the family to gather together, or a comfortable base for exploring Wimborne, and its neighbours of Poole and Bournemouth, the location is ideal. There are numerous beaches within easy reach, and numerous pubs, restaurants, shops and attractions just a short distance away. The New Forest and Jurassic Coast are also within easy reach.
