spacious, comfortable and inviting.

Easy to locate & use street parking. The neighborhood seemed a bit rough, most neighbors were welcoming. 3 large bedrooms rare find at this pricepoint. The bed were fine but springs poked a bit. were poking and not super comfy.

Extremely Dirty

The check in process was easy but that’s where the good stops. The neighborhood is not the greatest and to add to that all the windows were open and unlocked when I arrived. The cleanliness was terrible. There were dead cockroaches on the floors upstairs and down stairs had old food and balls of hair everywhere. There was hair throughout the fridge and stains of food on the walls in the kitchen. On top of that the general cleanliness was terrible. Upstairs there was a door with outside access that had a hole/break across the door just covered up with clear tape. The queen size bed that is advertised is just an air mattress. Due to the conditions it was an uninhabitable place. When the owner was contacted to cancel and issue a refund they wanted a cleaning fee for an already dirty property. VRBO had to get involved to get a refund.

A Gem in Greenville

We had a weekend wedding and this ended up being the perfect spot. We would have had to get 2 hotel rooms for 2 nights and the cost was terrible, so at first we were going to skip the Friday wedding festivities. Then we found this spot, the price and location were perfect. Would definitely stay here again if were are in the area.

Family Ball Game Stay

This spacious townhouse seemed clean and was adequate for our two night stay. We were able to find street parking right in front of the house. There was some noise from the neighbor on our first night but was quiet after 10. All the bedrooms were spacious and had tall mirrors. Great location for the Blue Rocks baseball game and getting into Downtown Wilmington.

Nice and cozy house

I really enjoyed my stay with my 2 sons , I really dint like the fact that the the windows were unlocked. I tried to lock them and they wouldn’t lock. I like to feel safe wherever I’m at specially w my boys . Besides that was a great experience.We really loved it .
