The process for parking a car in the hotel's lot was overly and needlessly complicated. In our room, the TV was unwatchable due to a scrambled signal. The bathroom door would not close due to a very poor fit with the door frame.

Awesome hotel

Very nice hotel in downtown Wilmington. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable as well as the bed. was able to walk a few blocks to restaurants.

Extraordinary.. not one complaint. Staff east excellent. City view room on the 9th floor corner was amazing. Breakfast was decent as well! The kids loved it and didn't want to leave. Look forward to staying again in the near future!

First time to Wilmington. Not sure what to expect. Property was easy to access and check in was seamless. Staff was friendly and offered me a lot of local knowledge and advice.
