Check in associate was not customer friendly. Asked for more pillows as we did not have enough as we had to use the pull out coach for my kids and the answer was they had no more pillows. A hotel without pillows? Will not stay here again.

No hot food. Was not available due to problems. Also they do allow pets(dogs) but someone left their dog locked in their room by itself for over 3 hours. The dog was barking for over 3 hours. Front desk did change our room but this room had drain problems with the sink and shower.
