Golfers' ideal location in the summer! Winter seasonal near ski resorts! Just off Mann Road, along the Haystack Golf Course, minutes to Mount Snow and Hermitage Ski Resorts. Spend your winter season enjoying all the Wilmington/ West Dover region has to offer. Location is ideal to be near Wilmington restaurants and shopping, yet situated where you can cross-country ski or snowshoe along the golf course. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on lower floor, plus a loft with it's own private bathroom. Sleeps 6-8 people. Has an energy efficient pellet stove. Winter renter pays all utilities. No pets. Security deposit required.
