This newly built townhome offers a master bedroom that opens up onto the front balcony, a second front bedroom also opens up to the front balacony. The back bedroom overlooks the back deck. Each bedroom also contains a comfortable seating area.
The living space is furnished with a 55 inch Smart TV & plenty of comfortable seating. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has all of the neccessary items for your convenience.
New Washer & Dryer in unit, garage and driveway parking, additional guest parking, plus a Firepit with Adirondack Chairs & Grills.

Sea Cottage is in a prime location , close enough to all that Wilmington has to offer also about 9 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, take in the beauty of the world class waves, swim in the crystal clear waters or perhaps kayak in the marshes. Memorial Day weekend getaway and tournament

My mom and grandkids stayed with us in Wilmington as my grandson had a basketball tournament memorial day weekend. The location was central to the tournament, beach and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and the townhome is absolutely beautiful with so much attention to detail. The calm machine was my grandsons favorite.
