Climate in the room was consistently comfortable. Very clean facility all around. Staff were very polite and helpful in area recommendations. Only one disappointment….the shower water was not hot, just warm!
The only complaint would be no microwave to reheat any food I may have ordered. Outside of that the food from the restaurant was very very good. The staff was helpful and the amenities were nice.
As soon as we walked in Eugene at the front desk greeted us. Everything about the hotel was clean and update to date. We loved our room. We will definitely be back many times in the near future.
Beautiful hotel property. I was very impressed with the cleanliness throughout, the comfort of the bed and room furniture and the food in the restaurant.
Positives: location, cleanliness, modern/updated rooms
Negative: smoking station is set up right outside side door, which is main entrance/exit for guests once checked in. family had to walk through clouds of smoke from employees literally every time we came/went. also no microwave in room, mini fridge doesn't have freezer, no complimentary coffee in lobby
This hotel was beautiful and the front desk worker was incredibly kind. I believe his name was Eugene? Forgive me if that’s wrong!!
He was so helpful, and he even walked us to the elevators and gave us step by step directions on where our room was.
The AC was amazingggggg in this room too!!! Highly recommend!!
There wasn’t an available cleaning staff. We were told no one knew how to make a bed. We did meet a concierge that was customer focused when leaving that made up for it and made it right.
Booked this hotel for a short family trip to Wilmington NC. Check-in was a breeze snd did not have an issue. However, right about close to 7pm, we can hear kids running in the corridors and literally hanging out yelling and talking loud. This went on for about 30 minutes. Was going to report this but felt it was pointless. You would think their parents or guardians would haave said something but evidently not. This was a guest issue, not the hotel. Some people just lack MANNERS and simple ETIQUETTE.
I was greatly impressed with the quality cleanness and the fragrance smell of your hotel.The service given by your entire staff on Saturday was excellent.Eugene customer service was outstanding.I’ll highly recommend this hotel for the upcoming trips to all of my friends and family.
