Four bedrooms across three levels make this the perfect setup for multiple families, ski groups, or anyone who wants space to spread out, especially with a full lower level just for kids or additional guests.

Located just a 15 minute drive to Mt. Snow’s main base, with golf directly across the street and Lake Whitingham (known for having some of the clearest water in Vermont) just 5 minutes away, you’re perfectly positioned for both winter and summer getaways.

The home features a dedicated workspace with desk and wifi, along with a comfortable living area with a 70” Smart TV, DirectTV, and a turntable for vinyl or streaming music. After a day on the mountain or the lake, unwind in your own private indoor hot tub or head downstairs to the game room with an additional 65” Smart TV.

Sleeping arrangements include a main floor queen bedroom, an upstairs king and queen bedroom, plus a lower level bunk room with two bunk beds and an additional pull out; ideal for kids or larger groups.

Driveway parking available; 4WD is recommended during winter months. Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and entry points for safety.

Great place to stay for any season. The smoker was a plus, but also having clean towels great linens and beds. A fun basement for kids. And awesome record player with some great Records. Easy to access snow mountain and great very “at your service” guests. Totally recommended.

Amazing house near Mount Snow!

This was a perfect getaway for our family during the Christmas/New Years week. The house was a great fit for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. The game room and downstairs area is a wonderful setup for kids, as well as the adults, who enjoyed the basketball game and second handout area. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice location for walks outside. It was an easy, quick drive to Mount Snow, as well as Wilmington, which was so fun to explore. The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing or just after being outside. Host was incredibly communicative and responded immediately to all questions - I would highly recommend and would definitely rent this house again!
