Known as the "Cummings-Taylor House", on a cobblestone paved-road and consists of three spacious, private/separate apartments. It has been completely, meticulously renovated & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic.

Our stay at the "Historic Gem" was excellent. Owners were very communicative and provided us a wonderful experience while we were in Wilmington. Being so close to downtown was great and allowed us to explore historic Wilmington. I would definitely stay in the Historic Gem again. Beds were great, amenities were very comfortable and the unit was very clean and east to access. Wonderful time!!!!
