Our location is ideal, just 5 blocks from the center of town or 5 blocks from Mercer's Pier to equal a quick 10 minute walk in either direction! The whole has just been renovated with new porch decks, roofs, railings and outside stairs along with an entire front facade facelift! The kitchen is open to the spacaious living room and is well equipped with all your cooking needs. This main floor suite features two bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Twin), and a single bath. Our large living room hosts two areas, one with a queen sleeper sofa in the TV area, as well as a 4 person game table and ornamental fireplace. The open bar to the kitchen works wll as a buffet counter with kitchen equipment storage behind. A separate dining area seats 6. This charming and comfortable house has a spiral stair leading to the top floor suite that can be rented in conjunction (if availability allows) for larger groups! You will love the new outdoor shower with hot and cold water just under the outside staircase to rinse off along with a second more private shower option underneath in the laundry area which is equipped with two sets of washer and dryers. We provide our guests beach equipment including, chairs, umbrellas, a sturdy beach cart, and boogie boards! Our guests belongings have plenty of space to be safely locked in the basment floor at night. When not at the beach, take a break and relax in the garden swing or grill out in the fenced-in backyard. Each floor has TWO designated parking spaces. There is ample off-street parking is in front of the house if your group has more than two vehicles. Our property manager lives nearby in Hampstead and can respond to your needs in a timely fashion.
