The bathroom has been recently updated and the kitchen is stocked with the essentials you'd need!

You'll love the convenient location of Dragan Lagoon. It's located just a short drive to historic downtown Wilmington as well as the UNCW campus and Wrightsville Beach. There is also a cross city bike trail nearby, making it easy to ride your bike to various places across town.

The house has 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen size beds and one with a king size bed. The full bathroom has recently been updated and feels nice and bright. The kitchen is stocked with essential items so you'll be able to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the fenced in yard. There are a couple of locked closets used for owner storage, but other than that you'll be able to use everything at the property.

This property is self check in with a keypad. Guests can reach the host through messaging.

There is parking available for up to 3 cars in front of the house. Please do not park in front of the neighboring houses.
