Conveniently located in the heart of historic Downtown Wilmington, this intimate fourth-floor 1BR condo features tremendous balcony views of the Cape Fear River, Memorial Bridge, and the Battleship North Carolina! Enjoy convenient elevator access in a secured lobby. Take a leisurely stroll to downtown shops, pubs, coffeehouses, and restaurants.

Visit nearby beaches and islands, and enjoy a variety of outdoor options -- including hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, and boating!

Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

LIVING AREA

An open living area offers comfortable seating for pre-dinner drinks or unwinding with a movie. Seat up to four guests on a sleeper sofa and armchair. Watch your favorite TV shows on a 42 flat-screen TV. Theres also a wonderful view of the Cape Fear River via the sliding glass balcony doors.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will feel right at home in the cozy kitchen, outfitted with everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals. A full suite of appliances includes an electric range and dishwasher.

BED & BATH

This one-level condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and includes a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

An intimate balcony with seating for four provides a magnificent view of the Cape Fear River, the Memorial Bridge, and the Battleship North Carolina.

Drive just 10.9 miles to Wrightsville Beach Park, where youll enjoy a playground, basketball, tennis, softball, and volleyball. Drive 14.5 miles to Carolina Beach State Park for some of the areas best fishing, miles of hiking trails, and the opportunity to spot a Venus Flytrap in the wild.
