Staff was very courteous. We were in North Carolina for a funeral. Nancy, (i believe her name was) gave us a sympathy card. That was such a nice and sweet gesture. I rated this stay at Comfort Inn University with 5 stars, and would recommend it.

Normally, a good deal at this hotel. This time, exhausted from international travel and sick, I wasn't able to get hot water in the shower. I eventually figured out myself that the shower handle was placed backwards in the two rooms in which I tried. So opening the faucet fully would lead to ice cold water in middle of winter, no matter how long you kept it on, of course. No help was really provided other than an attempt to switch rooms, which led to frustration when it was the same on second room. Only a 10% refund was eventually extended... Will they fix this issue?
