Not fancy by far, but convenient to the the places for which I was in Wilmington. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Had a TV issue - resolved quickly by staff, ice machine not working on my floor - resolved by staff quickly, had an issue with a bed frame tripping hazard - again resolved timely manner, shower leak (spraying on to the bathroom floor - resolved very quickly. Would not necessarily stay here with my wife, but for basic amenities and just to sleep, perfectly fine. Oh, not that it was an issue for me, only one elevator was in service.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. We skipped breakfast both days so I can’t comment on that. The internet worked moderately well. However, last time we stayed in 206 and everything was fine but this time it was one room over. It smelled like cigarettes upon entry, there was a black pubic hair on the bathtub, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly, and the mini fridge froze everything instead of keeping it cool. Normally everything’s great at this hotel but this one time was different, unfortunately,
