Summary:
Welcome to our charming and renovated home near Lake Whitingham and Mount Snow ski resort. Enjoy privacy in Chimney Hill with direct VAST trail access. Outside you will find a spacious deck with outdoor seating and a grill. Inside, the open living area and updated kitchen create a cozy atmosphere. The unique four-season room is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs you'll find two guest bedrooms and a half bath. Relax and enjoy downtime worry-free at our lovely home.

The Space:
** The Chimney Hill Clubhouse will be closed for repairs April 15, 2024 and re-open Memorial Day weekend.**

Your stay includes full access to the Chimney Hill amenity center which is a short drive from the house. You will have access to amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools, gym, theater, game room, tennis, basketball, fishing pond, and ice skating.

** Spring Hours until July 4th weekend **

Friday 3 PM - 10 PM
Saturday 9 AM - 10 PM
Sunday 9 AM - 7 PM

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
