Great. Clean. Awesome back yard and super fun space to hang and cookout. Neighborhood can be noisy at certain hours if you have kids for nap times or early mornings etc. Otherwise truly a great listing and fun space to spend your time. Close to just about everything in the area Cape fear or Wilmington
