We went through 3 rooms that all had problems. We were first assigned a room that when we entered, the lights were on, the bed unmade and had been slept in, the trash can full, looking like it was still occupied. We were next given a room that the heater fan sounded like a jet engine. Finally, we were given a room with a quieter fan where we spent the night, but the heater did not work. We ended up leaving after one night of a two night planned stay.

The stay was magnificent. It was my first time travelling for work, and I chose a hotel close to the office I would be working at. To say I made the correct choice is beyond an understatement. Not only was the kitchen a great feature to have, but the entire hotel room was comfortable. The bed would provide a great sleep. The options of both firm and soft pillows (I like both!) gave me exactly what I look for in a nights rest. But by far the greatest part of the stay was the staff. Whether it was when I forgot my key, and they were more than understanding and happy to make me a new one, or when I needed to book one more day, and because I had booked via another site, they had to run through a few hoops and didn't mind doing so, even ensuring I had the same room so it wouldn't be a hassle. The laundry room, which was free and didn't require me buying quarters, came in very handy before my flight. The hotel guests were friendly themselves which is a telling sign of the hotel. Overall, when I travel again, it will be with an IHG hotel.

When we first checked in, our keys didn’t work. Once in the room, the TV didn’t work. And when we tested the hair dryer, it smoked terribly and almost caught on fire. So we requested to change rooms. The layout of the room was quite nice. But the mattress was lumpy. Nice Dove products in bathroom

This is a great hotel. Very convenient and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and have good amenities such as a refrigerator, nice size table, stove. We stayed for one night but it would be a good place for staying multiple nights.
