Selena at front desk excellent. Hot tub closed again! Pool hours listed wrong. Breakfast, usually excellent, terrible! No cream for coffee, juice machine broken, no cream cheese or regular milk. Eggs good; no bacon or sausage!

The hotel provides what it needs to, a decent bed and room. However the pool was colder than it should’ve been and the hot tub was broken (which it was last year). Most staff was friendly, but some seemed bothered by questions we had during “breakfast”.

They advised breakfast but my last stay there they had some cold serial and muffins but no hot food as they did in my previous stays and I have been staying there quite a bit lately and often the front desk was unmanned.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. This was a spur of the moment trip, but we were still able to book for 4 nights. We had no trouble sleeping as far as noise goes. The only time we heard other people is if we were walking down the hall. The air conditioner works great! We did not get hot at all and we are both hot sleepers. We will definitely stay here again!
