This charming Adirondack home recently renovated sits on 3 beautiful acres with Lake Champlain beachfront. Enjoy the beach around fro the large screened-in porch of this lovely 3 bedroom, 3 full-bath home (handicapped accessible). Walk the short tree lined path to access the lake where you can swim, fish, kayak or simply sit and enjoy the spectacular views. Relax with a good book and favorite beverage by the fire pit. (Stairs to the beach may be difficult for people with ambulatory issues).
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Great home and great host. Private and beautiful spot. The house was very clean and well equipped. Super comfortable. The screened porch was huge and a great spot to hang out. The quick walk to the lake was easy and the views absolutely amazing. Nice solid few steps to rock beach where we enjoyed time in the mornings and evenings. The only 4/5 stars is price because VRBO charges are annoying / direct book would be a great option.

The Lake House retreat was absolutely wonderful. The trees, the lawn and the lake are so relaxing and we spent most of our time dipping in and out of the water, reading on the long, enclosed porch and enjoying the grassy lawn! The bay was so peaceful and we would sit on the beach just enjoying the shimmering water and listening to the birds and ducks. There was plenty of room for two couples in the house and we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
