Designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection with nature, this coastal cabin offers the perfect base for your Kangaroo Island escape.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, cooking essentials, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Complimentary coffee pods, a selection of teas, cooking oil, salt, and pepper are provided, making it easy to prepare meals at your own pace. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before exploring the island’s spectacular beaches, wildlife, and walking trails, or return in the evening to share a meal while overlooking the ocean.

Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully designed with modern comforts and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Split-system air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, while the spacious bathroom features a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Premium linen, quality pillows, plush quilts, and fresh towels are provided for a restful stay, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

One of the cabin’s most luxurious features is the private indoor sauna, offering a peaceful sanctuary to relax and recharge. Whether warming up after a day of island adventures or simply indulging in a moment of quiet wellness, the sauna creates a truly restorative experience that perfectly complements Kangaroo Island’s tranquil natural surroundings.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, kindly read the following guidelines. These rules have been established specifically for this remote coastal property and its natural environment.

Respect for Nature & Quiet Environment
Our cabins are nestled within a peaceful natural setting. To help all guests relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings:
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (strictly).
• Please keep noise to a minimum at all times. & No loud music or excessive outdoor noise
• Help us look after this special place – don`t litter or disturb the wildlife and landscape.

Wildlife Awareness
Our resort sits within a natural habitat, so don`t be surprised if you spot kangaroos, birds, or reptiles during your stay!
• Please Do Not feed or approach any wildlife.
• Always drive slowly within the property, especially at dawn and dusk
• Keep cabin doors closed to prevent wildlife from entering

Coastal Safety
The coastline surrounding the property is rugged and hazardous.
• Guests are strictly NOT permitted to access or walk down to the shoreline
• Cliffs, unstable ground, strong winds, and rough seas make the area extremely unsafe.
• Please enjoy the beautiful ocean views from designated safe areas or from your cabin.

Fire Safety
Kangaroo Island is a bushfire risk area – strict fire safety rules apply at all times.
No outdoor fire pits are permitted

• No fires of any kind permitted (SA regulations)
• Guests must comply with all local fire restrictions

Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside all cabins.

Pets
• Pets are not allowed at the resort.

Cabin Care & Use
• Please treat the cabin and all furnishings with care during your stay.
• Furniture and equipment must not be moved between cabins.
• If any damage or issues arise, please report them to us as soon as possible.

Amenities & Equipment
• Picnic baskets are provided, please wash, dry and return after use
• Do not remove cabin items such as toiletries or bathrobes
• The cabin is fitted with electric blinds. Please operate them using the provided remote only
• Do not force blinds manually to avoid damage

Driving & Parking
• Drive slowly on all internal roads (unsealed surfaces)
• Park only in designated areas located near your cabin.
• Kindly avoid blocking access roads to ensure smooth movement for all guests.

Walking & Outdoor Safety
• The ground can get muddy after rain, so please watch your step.
• For your safety and to protect the gardens, please stick to designated paths.
• Some building corners are sharp – just a friendly reminder to be mindful as you walk around.

Lighting at Night
• You`ll find a torch waiting for you in your cabin – please use it!
• Solar lights help guide the main paths, but we strongly recommend using the torch whenever you`re out after dark.
• Please take extra care when walking at night – safety first!


Waste & Cleanliness
• All rubbish must be disposed of in the Bin Area located near the Shed (as shown on the site map).
• Do not leave rubbish outside your cabin or the bins – it may attract wildlife.
• Keep the cabin tidy during your stay
• Keep food sealed and clean up crumbs to avoid attracting ants
• Pest spray is provided, use lightly around doors and windows if needed
• The bin area is fenced, please open the gate to access the bins
• After disposing of your rubbish, kindly close the gate securely
• Please ensure all waste is properly bagged before disposal


Remote Location Notice
• You`re staying in a beautiful but remote location! There is no on-site staff or reception.
• Mobile signal may vary depending on your provider and the weather – please plan your communications ahead of time.
• For any emergency, dial 000 (Triple Zero) immediately.

First Aid
• A shared first aid station is available for guest use, located in front of Cabin `Possum`.
• Please use the supplies responsibly and do not remove them from the station.
