Overall my sisters and I had a nice stay. Arriving, the curb appeal is lacking, but once inside it’s clean and pleasantly decorated. We were provided with nice bedding, big towels, some snacks and a full water cooler. The kitchen cupboards were clearly marked as to each one’s contents. The mattresses were excellent. The big reclining chairs and couch comfortably seat four and the back deck is large but lacked much comfortable seating. The house is in a good location.One negative is that there is a studio apartment in the basement. One of the guest bedrooms is apparently above it and my sister could hear talking. She’s a sound sleeper so wasn’t impacted, but a light sleeper could be.The host replied quickly to all my messages, but I did ask him to send arrival and check out information (but to be fair he may have planned to send the info and I asked before he could.)

Clean and functional

This home worked great for our stay. 3 bedrooms and two baths separated for privacy. Many appliances and dishes for cooking. It was close to all we needed. Big table to work at.
